Mrs. Scanlan and the Active Schools Committee have put in a whole school plan in our efforts to attain another Active School Flag. The children and teachers are embracing all the activities that have been road mapped as part of our plan. We participated in a run around Ireland during the month of March and we had a competition to find out who would be Kilfenora’s Fittest Class. We have also had our PE room redesigned and decorated. Mrs. Scanlan has scheduled an Active School Week for the last week in May. Members of our staff have been attending Physical Literacy Workshop during the school year.
