Kilfenora N.S. has long had a fine tradition of an all-inclusive approach to sport in the school community. We recognise the importance of Physical Education in our young children’s lives; from Junior Infants to Sixth class. The children have the opportunity to experience a range of activities from athletics, dance, gymnastics, games, outdoor and adventure activities and aquatics. The school has teams taking part in gaelic football, soccer, basketball and cross country athletics. We participate in the Cumann na mBunscol and Wild Atlantic Football Leagues in gaelic football, the FAI Primary 5s in soccer, the Marion Keane Basketball tournament as well as the Clare National Schools Cross Country in athletics
